Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund for services provided by Asia Pathway.
2. No Program Tuition Collected
Asia Pathway does not collect tuition or program fees. Program costs are paid by you directly to the university or partner school. Any refund of tuition or program fees is governed by that institution's own refund policy.
3. Commission and Affiliate Model
We are compensated by partner schools and through affiliate links when you purchase third-party services such as housing, insurance, or flights. We do not charge you a fee for being matched or referred.
4. Paid Extra Services
If you explicitly request and pay for an extra service we provide (for example, document review, application assistance, or consulting), that payment is final and non-refundable once the service has been provided or begun.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
6. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund where an error on our part resulted in an incorrect charge, or where required by applicable consumer law.
